Un petit post qui nous amène directement au printemps. Généralement quand elles sont là, il n'y a plus d'ambiguïté, l'ouverture est proche.

A short post that brings us directly to spring. Generally when they are there, there is no ambiguity, the opening is near.

La morille, le champignon qui fait tourner les têtes.

Celle qui, quand tu loupes la pousse t'as plus qu'a attendre l'année d'après, t'as jamais de deuxième chance. Celle qui pousse toujours là où tu ne l'attends pas, et quand tu l'attends, elle n'est plus là. Celle qui reste invisible jusqu'a ce que tu ais vu la première. Celle qui, quand tu la ramasses, t'es jamais sûr d'avoir tout trouvé, t'as pourtant passé la zone au peigne fin.

The one that, when you magnify the shoot you have more than to wait the following year, you never have a second chance. Elle est là, mais où?

Avec Nico, comme tous les ans on tente notre chance sur des spots qui avait donnés vraiment beaucoup il y a une dizaine d'année et depuis c'était un peu la misère.

With Nico, as every year we try our luck on spots that had given really a lot ten years ago and since it was a little misery.

Comme pour la pêche ces spots, j'ai mis du temps à les trouver, je compte même plus les heures passées en forêt, a rentrer bredouille, puis un jour tu tombes sur une, puis deux, puis dix. T'analyses la zone où tu viens de trouver le précieux, tu trouves le même genre de sous bois et bingo c'est la cueillette.

As for fishing these spots, I took time to find them, I even count the hours spent in the forest, to come back empty-handed, then one day you fall on one, then two, then ten. Analyze the area where you just found the precious, you find the same kind of undergrowth and bingo is picking.

D'autres spots ont été trouvés au petit bonheur la chance. Tu trouves une morille esseulée sur le bord du chemin et en écartant le tire, t'en ramasse une cuisine dans les fourrés alentours.

Other spots were found lucky enough. You find a lonely morel mushroom on the side of the road and pulling it away, pick you a kitchen in the thickets around.

Quoi qu'il en soit, c'est toujours une grande satisfaction quand tu rentres avec quelque chose dans le fond du panier. C'est d'ailleurs le seul champignon que je continue à chercher.

Anyway, it's always a great satisfaction when you come in with something in the bottom of the basket. This is the only mushroom I keep looking for.

Avec Nico pour sublimer tout ça, ce sera escalope de veau à la crème avec des spaetzles. On ne peut pas faire plus simple.

With Nico to sublimate all that, it will be calf escalope with cream with spaetzles. It can not be simpler.
